Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at PlantStation Pasta Co, LLC. Below are the terms that govern our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all US states including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Processing time
We will try to process orders within 2-3 days of receiving them. We are a small company and will do our best to keep to that time frame however, there may be times when it could take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We charge a flat shipping rate depending on the size and weight of your order. For example, if you purchase one 8oz bag of pasta your shipping fee will be $5.99 no matter where you live in the US.
We ship via USPS Ground shipping. It could take from 2-5 business days once shipped (Hawaii and Alaska could take longer)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Shipping delays
PlantStation Pasta Co, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
For lost or damaged packages please contact us at maria@plantstationpasta.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement when applicable.
