Refund policy

At PlantStation Pasta Company, we work continuously to create new and different types of pastas, and we hope you are as pleased with them as we are.

At this point in time, we are only issuing two types of refunds:

 

Damaged goods – For products that have arrived damaged, please send proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged goods to maria@plantstationpasta.com as soon as you receive the package to be considered for a refund. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method minus shipping within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Wrong item(s) – In the event that you were sent an item or items different from the ones you ordered, please reach out to maria@plantstationpasta.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make things right.

 

Cooking Instructions: There are explicit cooking instructions on the packages and the website, and PlantStation Pasta Co, LLC cannot be responsible for the outcome if the instructions are not followed.
